I recently had the pleasure of purchasing a VW Tiguan from your dealership here in Townsville. Nigel Dyke was the salesperson who looked after me, and I would just like to say that dealing with him was an absolute pleasure. He knew what he was talking about, was never pushy and was always accommodating. I made a couple of changes to my original order, but Nigel dealt with them quickly and efficiently and never made me feel as if it was in any way an inconvenience. The whole experience, from first walking into the showroom, to delivery, to ongoing support, has been absolutely first class.
I will have no hesitation in recommending Pickerings VW, and in particular Nigel, to anyone looking for a new car. I should probably also add that we are extremely happy with the car

After months of research on various vehicles, we travelled from Mackay to Townsville on July 12, for a highly anticipated test drive of the Volkswagen Touareg.
